im still new to blogging, but
video games definitely is the number 1 distraction for me
and also, i only sleep about 4-6 hours

i will still have to find a *niche and better/original content for my n00bblog ^_^

Very well expressed. Spending 14 hours on net without a keyboard, you are on a surfing-spree Sid .

The social sharing sites backed by facebook are often the major distractions for me.

Can you please suggest or post on how to avoid these (get net-addiction cured) ?

I like the way you a***yze your day to day online life.. !
Its bad to hear that you are getting only 6 to 7 hrs of sleep. which is bad for health.
I think you must keep IMs away, and use them only for limited time.. or Group Friends into different categories and block unwanted contacts.
