There are actually no themes available for Opera on Mozilla Firefox community and neither Opera skin community has any Mozilla Firefox skin for download,this is bit of a surprise as Opera and Firefox have a big community with developers developing some excellent themes,addons and widgets.But I just found some of the Opera skin which resembles Mozilla Firefox theme,though these Opera firefox skins doesn’t have Firefox 3 default type layout but they are atleast somewhere similar to the Firefox 2 theme.
The first opera skin is Native skin for Firefox which has cleanly spaced buttons and has a long wide tabs resembling much like the usual Mozilla Firefox.The skin is based on Firefox 2 default theme (1st screenshot)

XP Ffrad is another recognized Firefox opera skin having small icons and short tab length for efficient tab switching.The opera panel looks quite good in this skin and small sized icons occupying less space in the menu bar.
