same as edy. you got an answer yet edy ?
when i download the mp3 file, it says [mp3 encoding] and it has a blue bar that fills up instantly and it stops downloading!
any help?
i would have gladly made a donation if the program worked the first time..
Same as Lisa…
It sucks!
This app is full of flaws. The downloaded file completely disappears not to be found! This is whether you use Safari or Firefox, tried both. Have tried all the suggestions in the posts above, but it doesn’t actually register as a download at all,as the download box doesn’t activate! Hmm…
I also can’t find it. It downloaded very well, but it isn’t anywhere. Who knows where I can find the downloaded mp3?
I can’t make it work.
When I start the song in YouTube, I open GetTube, choose Safari and click on the song I’d like to download. Then it just say that it had been downloaded, but I can’t find it anywhere?
I cant seem to find where it is supposidly downloading them too, has anyone found a way to sort it yet? I thought by putting the destination in preferences to desktop that it would send them there but I have had no joy with both safari or firefox
doesnt work, even when i put the location to like destop or sumthing it doesnt show anything…
It downloaded fine, and it says it correctly downloaded. but when I go to locate it its not in the specified folder. i chose mp3 also, I am computer relevant so I am not making any mistakes
how can i get the mp3’s on itunes?
Why does my Get Tube disappear when I try to open the app? How do I fix this? Any help is appreciated thanks!
Its still not working for me. I tried downloading them 2 software apps. Maybe there is other ones that I need to download before I can use it. Otherwise I cant think why it just says no connection or video disabled. Please help. If not, please recommend another similiar app. Thanks.
Worked flawlessly for me! Had Safari 4 open to John Mayer playing Human Nature and launched the app. Opened to window of the FF icon and the Safari icon. Clicked Safari. A window popped up saying John Mayer playing Human Nature with a Download button. Clicked it. And it started downloading. clicked on the file in my Downloads folder when done and it was added to iTunes. Suggest editing the preferences first if you are looking for mp3, as the default is mp4, and you can also select to download the HQ version if possible.
