I hosted my blog twice using Wordpress on a free host and both times the host ran away

Yeah, earlier I was hosted at Clubhostcity.net . For a year and a half the host was perfect with 99% uptime and suddenly it vanished one day (to make the matter worse, I was on tour and had no backup). Soon I found “just another free host” with ads this time, it too vanished within 3 months time :-o.
Since then I learned “there are no free lunches in this world.” (only Google)
Currently using Tumblr as it has easy posting options, guarantee of data protection, free and not much copyright issues

@Pratyush - Go with some reputated free hosting like 50webs,110mb.. they all provide good facility and won’t run away.
Also make a backup (Incase something goes wrong)…
I never used tumblr.. I will try using that! I use windows live writer to post (Dont know whether they are function in a similar way)
I like your blog too as you update frequently..

@ Rockstar - Thanks for the hosting tips, will read and search about their features.
Tumblr is a platform like Blogger for sharing stuffs in a form of blog/scrapbook. It has nice Firefox extensions which makes this easier. For writing proper posts, Windows Live Writer is the best ( I also trust ScribeFire - read about it on your blog somewhere).
Also I would like to know what social sites do you like to be active on ?

@Hassan - Thanks man.. I have seen many people who post 100+ wordpress themes but don’t say which type of themes they are (Money making themes,personal themes) so I made this collection.
@Pratyush - Just saw Tumblr,looks good but i still go with Live writer because of its powerful capabilities (Scribefire firefox extension is also good)
And concerning about social sites,I am not much into this! Some people promote blogote posts…Also i am actively participating in twitter,whenever I get bored or post something new,I tweet their and get good visits…

That’s an amazing list.
I would like to add here one more theme. Structure Theme by Justin Tadlock. It is FREE, and is a bit different in layout. But has a huge potential.
