Here is a fun tool which will create a layer on your Windows Desktop so that you can write anything on it.This tool is created by Well Crafted Software which is free to download and comes with different Colorful pencils with a eraser to re-write anything on the white screen (White Board).

After downloading, maximize the White board to cover your Windows desktop theme and folders so that you can use White board in Full screen mode as an alternative to Windows background theme
The download file is small (112 Kb of your Hard disk including Set up) and the application is a easy way to take note (Note-taking), pass your time or entertain the kids around!
