Though I am not really into reading all the news of the world but I do love glancing into these ethnical countries and perhaps just like I did, you will find this free service helpful which allows you to view online newspaper from around the world, only the FrontPages of the news but hey, it saves our time right 
Newsuem is a nice online flash application which allows you to view worldwide newspaper front stories. There are also archived news if you want to check any older news item from 70+ countries which is just amazing.
Check out Newsuem and once the flash is loaded, select any of the tab for frontpage news (USA, North America, Asia, Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, Oceania..) click on the orange dots from the map and a new window opens up showing the popular newspaper front page news from the selected place
