If the rumors circling the Internet is true, then we shall soon have the glimpse of the Apple iPhone 5 in the coming weeks.
Tuesday, October 4th is Apple’s day.
Apple iPhone 5 Release
While Apple could certainly amend its plan, but they are already behind their regular timeframe in releasing the iPhone, so it’s likely that Apple’s next-generation phone will be launched in the next two weeks.
Previous leaks, hearsay and sound rumors have had us thinking. It is said that the iPhone 5 will undergo numerous minor design changes, and there will be no substantial overhaul — just big screen, light on the weight and a better hardware.
But take this information with a grain of salt.
There’s little to no concrete information on how the iPhone 5 will look like, or whether the next-generation Apple smartphone will be called an iPhone 5 or not.
Some have predicted that the iPhone 5 — or the iPhone 4S — will be a slimmed down version of iPhone 4, with an affordable price tacked on, and the hard drive scaled down to 8GB.
When the iPhone 4 was announced, it was put on sale a little over two weeks later. So, if we think along those lines, the iPhone 5 might just be up for grabs after October 18th, 2011.
In other news, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint is expected to get the iPhone 5 next month. However, a leaked document mentions that T-Mobile users have to wait till the end of this year to own an iPhone 5 under contract.
