Surely it has been a long wait, but the best part is, the wait is over as the sought-after white iPhone 4 will finally see the light of the day tomorrow in the Apple store.
According to the latest press release statement by Apple, white iPhone 4 will be available beginning tomorrow — April 28th — in selected Apple Authorized Resellers, AT&T and Verizon Wireless stores.
Price and Availability of White iPhone 4
Only a few selected countries are part of this white iPhone clan:
UK, US, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Taiwan, Thailand.
The 16GB White iPhone 4 will be sold at a retail price of $199 (US) while the 32GB model is available for $299 (US) — with a two year contract through the Apple Store.
You can pick up a white iPhone tomorrow from Apple online store, or head over to the Apple Store and try/buy one for yourself. It will be interesting to see how many white iPhone 4 sales will churn out tomorrow in the store. I am hoping for a slight buzz, nothing more than that.
On the other hand, Apple has worked on refreshing its line of products every year, and the iPhone 5 launch will happen somewhere in June or July. So, if you have waited for the white iPhone 4 long enough, then this is the right time to invest your money. Once we inch nearer to the Apple event, the iPhone 5 will undoubtedly take the wind off the iPhone 4.
