Gmail Signature – Assign your Location

Needless to say but once again Google labs has brought in another feature for the Gmail.This time you are able to assign your location via Gmail signature.This is still in experimental stage as it uses your IP to track the locations but it provides accurate results when used with a Google gears enabled browser.

To activate Gmail location signature – Login to your Gmail account, go to Settings and under the labs tab you will find “Location in signature” options.Enable it and save the changes.Visit the General tab to add your signature.Also check the box “Append your location to the signature”.Along with this you can also create custom Gmail signature for attractive signatures.
