PayPal Mass Payment issue
One of my friend ran across this issue when transferring money with the PayPal mass payment option and with all sorts of complication that is in record with PayPal, this is perhaps the best time to make an update on this issue.
As you know, PayPal allows mass payment for Premier and Business account to send multiple payments to the recipient account. The advantage of making a mass payment is the lower fee-cut, instant payment and flexibility.
Lately, while making the PayPal mass payment from our account, an error in the form of Message 3022 showed up. Then my friend gave another shot the next day, but the problem pop up each and every time.

Although I am not sure if this issue is only for the Indian PayPal users — but the bitter part: there is no fix or any official updates from the PayPal blog about the issue. Well, are you listening, PayPal?

Well.. the problem surfaced again.. that’s how I stumbled upon this thread. Hopefully they will resolve it soon.
It seems to be working consistently now for the last couple of nights or so.
The payment problem was resolved for me towards the end of 2nd August. I just kept attempting about 5-6 times and it worked on the last attempt.
Not working for me, US account. Should I try it over and over again? My article writers need paid!
Same in US, started Thursday 7/29 and continuing through today, August 2. Upload file appears OK — and it was created using same process we use every month.
Same problem. I’m using PayPal in the United States.
The past couple of nights or so I’ve been able to proceed with the mass payment after trying again later on, but tonight it hasn’t let me past the Message 3022 so far.

Success! It just worked again when I tried it.
Same problem in with me … using paypal in Brazil !!!
Having the same problem with mass payment today as well. German account.
I don’t know when you exactly had this problem but today 1st August 2010 I am having the same problem and my account is a UK account.
Hope paypal fix this soon.
