We all know Adobe Flash player plugin is a important component required to view flash content and Videos on the Internet.Most of the browser renders the Flash content due to the flash player but Google chrome browser has a Flash support glitch due to which we can’t watch youtube videos or any flash content online.A work around on installing latest Adobe Flash plugin on Google Chrome was written previously but if you still facing problems about adobe flash player plugin and can’t watch 
Dailymotion,Megavideo or Youtube videos on chrome (You get a problem “We’re sorry, this video is no longer available”) then download this Flash player XPI.After downloading the Flash player,add .zip to the extension by renaming the file.The file should look like this flashplayer-win.xpi.zip.
Extract the content of the .zip files where you will find couple of files with different extension.Now here comes the solution,copy the two files – “flashplayer.xpt” and “NPSWF32.dll” and paste them to
C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\Plugins
Make sure you change the user to your windows logon username and If Google Chrome is installed on other drive then head over to that particular drive & explore the Plugins folder.Close Chrome browser and restart the system and you will find chrome supporting Youtube videos 
Though there were hints about Greasemonkey support for chrome,a official word from Aaron (Creator of Greasemonkey script) about the Greasemonkey script support on Google chrome was raised few days ago.A preview on the future Greasmonkey enabled Chrome, in the form of Chromium limited userscript support is available for download.

If you are using Google Chrome web browser then you might be aware that sometimes you can’t view youtube videos from chrome and get a message “Sorry the video is no longer available”. This is due to the flash player issue, though you have flash player installed on your computer and the youtube videos works perfectly in other browsers like Firefox, Opera then why does the flash plugin player doesn’t support chrome browser?
This is due to the incompatible nature of chrome with the new macromedia flash player.
So here is quick fix for those who want to watch youtube videos on Google chrome. Basically we are going to remove/uninstall the old Adobe flash player from all browser and install other version of Macromedia adobe flash player plugin.
Installing Adobe Flash Player on Google Chrome
First download the small Flash player uninstaller file and uninstall the current flash plugin from your system, here are the un installers
- Download the Windows Uninstaller
- Download the Mac OS X Uninstaller
- Download the Mac OS 8.x, 9.x Uninstaller
Adobe has the updated Flash player 10 beta for Windows and Mac,download them and install the flash player. Now close all the application and re start the system.
Open youtube videos on Chrome & Viola! you can watch videos now This worked for me and hopefully will work for every chrome user!
