Indian customers using GoDaddy to buy domain and hosting packages can finally rejoice as the company has opened its first Customer Care Center in India.
Now, you don’t have to email GoDaddy and wait for several hours to hear a reply. You don’t have to call GoDaddy’s US phone number to get your questions answered. If you have anything to ask, feel free to call the toll-free number, as the site has now gone desi.
You can make a phone call to the new Customer Care Center available at the following number:
The 1800 121 0111 is a toll-free phone number — you won’t be billed to make a call. Ask away your questions, shoot your problems and enquire about discounts, if you want to! Goaddy Helpline Services are open from Monday to Saturday, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. IST (closed on Sundays).
Make Payments to Godaddy:
In an email I received yesterday, Godaddy India now accepts order in Indian Rupees via Net Banking, cash cards (ItzCash) and mobile payments in addition to credit cards. There is, however, no way to make payments from your debit card, which is a let down!
If you visit the Godaddy India website, you will know the pricing is still in dollars, which should be changed to INR (because it’s targeted to Indian audience)! Hear us, GoDaddy?
