Subtitles are a great way to increase the level of understanding and grasping dialogues from the movie. I watch English movies with subtitles for several reasons:
- I don’t want to miss any of the dialogues the movie.
- I learn something new every time — a new word, for example.
Generally, there are a couple of websites which provide subtitles for popular TV episodes and movies (English and regional movies), and here are these websites that you may want to use. All of these websites host subtitles on their server and you will be able to download them for free. Whether it is DIVX or SRT subtitles you are searching for, go to these websites and search for them. Also, if you want to create your own subtitles because the current srt files you have downloaded are not in sync, check out this free subtitle software for Windows.
For the starters, after you have downloaded the subtitle, drag-and-drop the file in your media player (or go to media player’s menu and add the subtitle to the current video).
