The S3 smartphone does retain the physical home button, though in comparison to Galaxy S2, it is now slimmer and less obvious. Compared to S2, the new 1.4GHz quad-core Exynos processor is supposedly 65 percent faster, which means better performance.

This top-of-the-range Galaxy smartphone is a formidable challenge to its rivals. One of the direct rival is Apple iPhone, which Samsung is planning to beat through larger screen and a more powerful processor.
The real fight in the mobile market has just begun, with Samsung battling against rest of the smartphone companies including the behemoth Apple, of course. The new Galaxy S3 may not be an iPhone 4S killer but it is definitely an improvement. This improvement is enough to garner more eyeballs than before and also successfully convert a part of iPhone 4/4S users to Galaxy.

Galaxy fans are not complaining. They are excited to know that Galaxy phones have come this far and been a roaring success till now.
Additionally, Galaxy SIII includes ‘Game Hub’ and ‘Video Hub’, which provide users access to various social games and high quality TV and movies. These entertaining features will initially be rolled out in selected countries and then subsequently on the global market.

Given that even IT Professionals are recommending Android phones, the choice to buy the best Android smartphone should be a no-brainer for the most part.
But this doesn’t mean Apple iPhone 4S isn’t a winner. The smartphone has already been declared a success with four million sales in its first weekend. Apple right now may not have an answer to Samsung’s S3 but they have been a clear winner in the past.
