HP Product name: The first line that reads Product: HP Pavilion dv9000 is the product name of your HP machine.
License Serial number: s/n (as shown in the screenshot above) is the serial number of your HP notebook. In this case – the license serial no. is CNF123456789.
Product Number: p/n is the HP product key number but the symbol # and next letters after # are excluded. So the product number is RQ877AS.
HP Model Number: In the above service tag, dv9095xx is the model number which comes above the warranty line.
