Forgive the lengthy title, but this new tool, IPSW Downloader, calls for some attention.

As the name denotes, IPSW Downloader downloads IPSW Files. However, the app takes a step further by revealing valuable information on jailbreaking and unlocking. If you are planning to jailbreak your iPhone 4, for instance, then launch IPSW Downloader and select iPhone 4 to obtain details on the jailbreaking tools available for the respective device.
On the other hand, if you want to upgrade the firmware of your Apple device, IPSW Downloader will handle this without breaking a sweat. All you have to do is launch the app, select the device and the IPSW file to download.
All in all, IPSW Downloader is a great addition that will stay in my bag of apps for a long time to come.
