Everyday there are newly developed Rapidshare tools and application that promises to provide excellent download speed, bypassing Rapidshare waiting timer and also simultaneous file download as a free user which infact have dreadful Spyware installed in them.These spyware and virus softwares can harm your computer as well as online activities by changing your default Internet homepage or search engine and giving 404 pages error whenever you search for a webpage by redirecting to a sales page.Moreover you will be irritated with the pop up and virus alerts on windows taskbar when your computer is attacked with spyware such as Rapid antivirus or any of the below mentioned Rapidshare virus tools!
The interface of such Rapidshare download manager tools looks convincing enough but they do not work as intended (If you see the files are downloaded simultaneously from Rapidshare.com server then after the completion of download you will 
not be able to open those files as they are corrupted, because the software never really downloads the original file! But provides a fake same sized file to convince that it is a useful utility) So be careful and do not fall in such newly developed applications and make a research before downloading them.Some of the FAKE Rapidshare Spyware tools guaranteeing Rapidshare Premium account download are RapGet RS manager, Raptor downloader (Horrible Hardcore spyware), Rapid Leecher file manager,RapiDown (Worst! Downloads simultaneously but all are fake files) If you have any one of these rapidshare downloader then you will be vexed with spyware, adware (asking you to purchase spyware uninstaller which itself is a virus) and will have a hard time uninstalling them as these tools will propagate virus everywhere in your computer and updates your registry file keys, install DLLs – Does all sort of disgusting stuff possible! 
Uninstall Download Manager Spyware for Rapidshare
If you have already searched and downloaded any of the so called “Working Rapidshare downloader” then here are some of the ideas on how to “uninstall” these spyware programs like Raptor, Rapid down or Rapid leecher but make sure you do all the steps at the same time as these tools migrates virus from one drive to the other when you reboot the system!
Find out the Spyware – Go to your Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del).Click on the process tab,identify the image name and kill the spyware! By doing this the spyware application will not be uninstalled permanently but this is a temporary halt which blocks pop up and other misleading tasks done by the spyware.
Edit Registry Files - For manual uninstallation go to start –> Run and type “regedit”(without the quotes).Now you will be provided with the registry folder where you can search the file and delete them! Be careful while editing the registry folder,make sure you know what are you doing! You can also download any good free registry software (Check this) to kill the spyware like Raptor or Rapid Leecher.
Delete the folder – Go to your local drive (Example : C:/Raptor) and delete the whole folder using a very good free un installer or do it manually! I would recommend CC Cleaner to delete undeletable files.
Even if you miss out any one of the small file from the program then they will reproduce itself very quickly.Though the solution is same for all the fake Rs Download managers but sometimes you will be recommended by certain people to download “Spyware Doctor” “Spyware hunter’ programs which are expensive (You can download them for free but they will not delete those spywares,you have to purchase for uninstalling those virus 
) I believe backup,formatting and re installing the OS is the LAST solution you should rely on if anything doesn’t work!
Again make sure you do not download anything that promises to provide such Fake Rapidshare download Managing feature as there main intention is to make money from you and your hack your Internet connection.

I know that there it is spyware in all Rapidshare tools. They are very large programs from 400Kb up to 20MB one of them! I like small and useful programs. I do not want Microsoft .NET runtime or crappy toolbars!

It knows: auto download, auto rename files, auto change IP, auto retry download, skip already downloaded files, etc.
Yes, that 0.014 Mb program solves the Rapidshare problem! (100% Assembly Language program)
@Permial Darkling – I do realize that the programs associated with rapidshare are spyware.Rapidshare is just a File hosting site
By the way some programs like Jdownloader and Cryptload are some of the working spyware-free Rapidshare download Manager.Will share about them in the coming posts
