Latest Samsung Tablet Device Coming Soon | Based on Android

Samsung jumped on the bandwagon of tablet wars by displaying its first latest Android OS tablet that is to be launched very soon. Well, it’s raining tablets everywhere!

FYI, Samsung is the worlds second largest handset maker, and the tablet device is something we are definitely looking forward to. From the rumors around the web: Samsung tablet will be powered by Google’s Android Operating System and with 7-inch display (smaller than that of iPad) along with the Super AMOLED display.

Samsung tablet will also sport an 1.2GHz A8 processor with 16GB internal memory that is expandable to 48GB plus a 3.2-megapixel rear and front VGA cameras. To sweeten the launch, the web tablet is said to have the latest Android 2.2 (Froyo).

Although no further details were leaked, but Samsung confirmed that the seven inch Android tablet will be shipped before the end of this summer. Samsung also hinted that more product updates and announcement will be done on August 11th.

Can the latest Samsung tablet be as successful as the Apple iPad? Or will it be another device merging with the list of web tablets that failed to impress the consumers? Lets wait and watch!
